The Atlantic Strike Team is one of 3 Special Teams that make up the National Strike Force. It is a vital national asset comprised of a unique, highly trained cadre of Coast Guard professionals who rapidly deploy any time to any place or hazard.
Some of the deployable support includes:
- Oil spill / HAZMAT / WMD / CBRN response and technical expertise
- Natural Disaster
- Incident Command System & Response Management Support
- Crisis Communication Support
- Preparedness Exercise Support
