This past Tuesday it was a great honor to have Mayor Thomas F. Kelaher visit our club and talk to us about the great plans Toms River Township, New Jersey has for the redevelopment of Water Street area. They are in the beginning stages still... permits and funding are still being worked on. This project will surely take some time but the wait will be worth it!
